How Good Is Nzxt Customer Service

The tech is good, but don't expect it to last long. Hopefully, you guys have a better experience with nzxt's support, but i know that after this i won't be trying to buy many nzxt products.

Not really a con but we are chasing our explosive growth.

How good is nzxt customer service. The airflow on the case is also really nice. But since nzxt has gotten hammered for being terrible, i feel i need to set the record straight here. I emailed the company about my single led issue directly from their website (i hate phone calls).

3 fans on the front for intake, plus 3 on top for exhaust (top fans not included), and one on the back as well (which is included). Nzxt’s bld systems are good in their own way, plus you only have to deal with one company when it comes to issues and warranties. The channels with velcro for cable routing are really nice.

However, they are known to be overpriced, since the company has to add labor costs and a premium on top of that. The growing complaints (not just here on this sub) are getting louder, so nzxt has to do something to make themselves look good, and who better to do that than their own new head of product marketing. Everyone says nzxt is a good company with good customer service but uhm the reviews say different.

That's all it's about, marketing, and saving their asses, and their source of. Unfortunately the item was temporarily lost in transit and dealing with nzxt during this process was one of the worst customer service experiences i've had to date. I've been waiting patiently but i feel i must share my experience to those thinking of.

This cost me $5,000, top of the line. I had been using nzxt products for a few years and they have generally been okay, they were never perfect but i hadn't had any issues. They have terrible customer service and refuse to offer any sort of explanation, if you manage to get a response at all.

Some shipments have been missing necessary parts (no bracket), and some have been incorrect parts. Aesthetically pleasing, but unproven reliability. For example, gigabyte, who are widely known as having fairly good customer service has an f as well.

No response until a week later, but by then my brand new $2200 pc would crash, no signal etc etc. Read honest and unbiased product reviews from our users. Their customer support is extremely slow and unresponsive.

Not saying it is good or defending the lack of nzxt support, but it isn't an official rating by any means. Nzxt has the worst customer support. Plus it is only 9 complaints over the course of 3 years.

Their crappy software also requires you to login at every boot, and often fails to authenticate. Now, normally i don't include customer service issues in my reviews. After i ordered, nzxt sent an email saying that my earliest date was 6/10/2021.

Horrible customer support, pray you never need them. Willing to pay a premium for that. This is lucky because their support team is absolute rubbish.

However, it went into building on 5/25/2021. The build quality is great, especially cord management which everyone hates. Cannot believe they have people that promote their company that is managed and run like this.

I would not suggest ordering anything from nzxt. I was gonna buy a prebuilt from them but now idk Had a issue with a game code that was promised but that was quickly resolved by dakota grizzle who helped me very quickly and got me the code.

Super high growth business that is run by an employee population that truly gives a sh*t. also very authentic with our focus on solving problems for pc gamers. 9 reviews of nzxt amazing company with phenomenal customer support. There are ample mounting brackets for hard drives and other devices as well.

Attention to detail doesn't stop with our hardware. Customer service is pretty bad. I forgot to include price.

Would recommend nzxt and letsbld to anyone who wants a quality computer. I put in a ticket when my pc arrived about an issue with the cpu debug led constantly on, on every boot. The nzxt hardware is ok.

I resigned myself to the long wait and refreshed the status page pretty much every day. Their customer support is extremely slow and extremely unhelpful. They didn't seem to care much that i went all out.

I've used nzxt for business. Not only were they extremely unhelpful, they have attempted numerous times to wash their hands of the issue and not offer any assistance or. But the killer and why i would never, ever recommend nzxt to.

I do understand that covid would affect this, but i don't know how i could wait 2 months just for a power supply rather than the entire case. Nzxt is a company that is truly rooted in it's purpose and values.
